Before his association with Upperform Partners, Sergio helmed the role of Project Director for the Decommissioning and Demolition of Three Mile Island 2. In this capacity, he set benchmarks in safety protocols and quality measures for the substantial project, establishing a gold standard for subsequent endeavors in the domain.

Sergio's ascent in the commercial nuclear power landscape is characterized by strategic transformations. From his beginnings as an engineer, he rose through the ranks to retire as a Site Vice President. His contributions spanned across the spectrum - from shaping post-Fukushima protocols with Areva to driving operational milestones at American Electric Power, always prioritizing risk mitigation, reliability, and astute strategic foresight.

The genesis of Sergio's illustrious journey is rooted in his association with General Dynamics Corp, where he was integral to nuclear submarine reactor testing. 

In his current role as a management consultant, Sergio employs his vast experience to guide senior leadership.
